Review of full operations of four companies under the tutelage of the Ministry of Agriculture, namely: SODERIM, WADA, UNVDA, and MIDENO and proposal of recommendations for improvements. Design of new system and development of new procedures manual covering:

• Personnel Administration
• Fixed asset management
• Procurement
• Inventory control
• Agricultural operations
• General accounting system
• Management accounting
• Management information and reporting system.
The second phase of the engagement was the design and installation of the system on the computer for SODERIM, WADA, UNVDA and MIDENO.

EMOOTA - Fruit Juice Feasibility Study

We undertook a comprehensive feasibility study for a fruit juice plant in Delta State for an American based entrepreneur. The study covered sector analysis, soil investigation, farm and cropping data, conversion of fruit to concentrate and from concentrate to juice of various flavours and fruit concentrations, market analysis, technical feasibility, economic and financial viability, and environmental impact analysis.

Greenleigh Farm

We are engaged to support a 1200 acres’ palm plantation with human resources, technical, financial and commercial management and train a select team of young managers.

UCCAO: Life Cycle Development Project

Led by IOCS-AI, we carried out a complete life cycle development support to automate UCCAO (Union Centrale des Cooperative Agricoles de L’Quest). Located in Bafoussam, Cameroon, UCCAO is the headquarters organisation for a union of six co-operatives that produce coffee, cocoa and other agricultural products. For Phase I, development of the Automation Master Plan, we conducted a feasibility study of manual operations, identified potential areas for automation, made presentations to management, delivered reports, and developed a Feasibility Study Report and Automation Master Plan. For Phase II, Implementation, we implemented the Automation Master Plan, including hardware procurement, software development and/or procurement, and user training.

International Institute for Tropical Agriculture

IITA is an international research agricultural institute based in Ibadan, Nigeria. The Petroleum Trust Fund engages us to investigate, review and assess the benefits and size of grant to be allocated to IITA and method of disbursement.
